Mary Berry's Easter Simnel Cake.


Lady Magnon's Easter Simnel Cake.

I've never tasted a Simnel Cake, but the ingredients sound good. We haven't broached it yet; I'll let you know.

  5. Very pretty, and looks delicious. Lady Magnon must have a lot of patience to have made that topping,....I would have just done a slather of butter icing and made a pattern in it with a fork, just to get the job done!
